James Zogby in defense of Zionist Emanuel

Dear Al-Ahram Editor

Subject: James Zogby

I am a regular reader of Al-Ahram weekly. James Zogby does write for Al-Ahram and I have occasionally read his articles if the title appeared to be alluring. I must admit that I do not look favorably upon the man ever since I read his article two years ago where he was accusing Hamas for being elected. Zogby is a member of the elite, he has his own financial and societal status to worry about. He owns lots of suits and shoes and perhaps houses, and he never has to go to bed hungry nor his children. In other words, he reminds me of Marie-Antoinette who so innocently wondered why did her people complain about not getting enough bread, 'let them eat cake', she said.

Let me first quote a paragraph from that article of two years ago.

In this context, the Hamas victory has made a difficult situation even worse. Their horrible record of violence and their stubborn refusal to adopt a different line has only served to legitimize Israel's repressive measures and embolden hard-line opponents of Palestinian rights in the US and Israel. The immediate victims of all of this have been the Palestinian people.

Ironically, Zogby's article was titled: "Speaking up for the Palestinians". He seemed to forget that it was the Palestinian people who elected Hamas and the learned Zogby was telling them that they were wrong! There is no other way to interpret the above statement except that Zogby seems to admonish the Palestinians for not having the foresight and awareness that if they chose their representatives those who have not been pre-approved by the likes of the West and Zogby that they would not be acting in their best interest! They must always remember to check out the candidate if he/she has enough credentials in being willing and ready to sell his people to fatten his own bank accounts…somebody like Abbas. The candidates have to first be approved by the West and the colonizing Jews of Palestine. Democracy? He was in fact admonishing the Palestinian people for practicing what is commonly known as 'Democracy'. Zogby and his handlers did not approve of that kind of legitimate democracy for the Palestinian people. They prefer the kind of 'democracy' as is practiced in Egypt, Jordan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya … the list is very long of those nations that are highly favored by the West. The logic actually is very straightforward. Any ruler on the planet earth who garners favorable rating by the West is without a doubt the enemy of his people and those that the West detests are the ones who would like to stand up for their people but would never get a chance. Cuba has endured 60 years of severe punishment for refusing to bow to the Imperialist demands to suck away the people's resources. Next time, the Palestinians better listen to Zogby and think twice before electing someone that is of their choice. They must take into consideration that their choice may not be the Zogby type's choice and there would be consequences!

It was also disgraceful of him to state that the Jewish state had found reasons to 'legitimize' its bestial, horrific treatment upon the Palestinian people. Would Zogby care to tell us what 'legitimate' excuses did the Jews in Palestine have since their arrival on Arab soil to relentlessly and brutally treat the indigenous people before they adopted true democracy and elected Hamas? Were there ever a time when the Jews felt conditions warranted less 'repressive measures'? Why did it not register on the learned Zogby that the Jews' intention from the beginning of their doomed Zionist adventure was the elimination of the people of the land, by any means necessary.

In his current article, Zogby stood up for a known Zionist Jew by the name of Emanuel. His vision of the world is through the lenses of his own elitist eyes. He is angry that millions of people globally were shocked by Obama's election of a hardcore Zionist Jew, whose only connection to the American soil is his American passport, whereas his soul, mind and body belong to the piece of stolen Arab land they call 'Israel'. I must confess that it took me days to recover from the shock of the 'Emanuel affair'! The people of the world, specially the dark-skinned people of the world - from Africa to Asia, South America, the Caribbean - were in a very celebratory mood after Obama became the President-elect, music was playing everywhere, people were dancing all over the streets of the world. One word describes the reaction of the people of the world to Obama's election, 'Euphoria'. But the jubilation was more for the relief the world felt that a cocaine-addicted Crusader was about to exit the office of the presidency. Had Barack followed, say, Clinton, the excitement would not have been as much. But Obama was coming after the most horrible creature the world had witnessed in a long time, a man who obediently did what world Jewry wanted done to the Arabs, claiming over two millions Arabs' lives, displacing more than four million Arabs, causing destruction, devastation, hunger, misery and diseases upon an Arab country that had achieved stunning technological advancement! The redneck was totally merciless and without a soul. People have forgotten that when the totally worthless man miraculously came to occupy the White House, he shortly thereafter traveled to Europe. The people of Europe and the rest of the world immediately recognized that the man was a buffoon, because he could not properly pronounce the names of the presidents or the countries he was visiting. W. Bush's problem was also due to the fact that the President before him Clinton stood in such stark contrast with the current idiot in the White House; Clinton was very bright, very articulate and highly informed, while W. Bush seemed to have a damaged and non-functioning brain. Comparing to Bush Clinton, the presidents of Europe found Bush lacking! Then 9-11 came to his rescue. Everyone forgot how ignorant and stupid the American president was who would reign for eight dreadful years. Therefore, the Euphoria in regards to Barack's election was more celebrating the good-riddance of a monster than welcoming Obama. But I must also admit that people of color around the world found it exciting that finally a dark-skinned man made it to the highest office on the planet. Barack should have been intuitive and perceptive enough and he should not have rained on the parade of those celebrating his election by announcing his election of one of the most dreadful Zionist Jews for such a high office, and thereby interrupting the glorious mood the people of the world were in. No other elected President ever was so welcomed by the entire world as Obama! Emanuel was the wrong choice for the position! The Arab vs. Jewry conflict deserves a neutral arbitrator. How is one to expect this fully blooded Zionist Jew to want nothing but the best for his stolen little place more than anything else. Oh, I forgot, calling a spade a spade is referred to as 'anti-Semitic' against a non-Semitic European people by the likes of Zogby!

Zogby was very arrogant and condescending in this Al-Ahram article. He said:

Obama's team should have done more to address and dismiss wild stories about Rahm Emanuel.

Interesting! One of the damning articles that I posted about this Emanuel guy was written in 1997. But I am wondering why Zogby would think that it would have been feasible for people to fabricate and to disseminate information about the man in a matter of minutes, because the negative reaction to the man's election was immediate. People had prior knowledge about the man, articles were written about him decades before he rose to such an eminent height!

In regards to the public reaction to the doom and gloom they felt after the announcement of 'Emanuel', Zogby says:

'one day and one announcement later, the tide turned.'

Well, yea! It was almost like had Obama elected W. Bush for that position. Zogby also attempted to downplay the attachment of the Zionist Jew to that stolen Arab land when he said:

"Emanuel volunteered for a few weeks, as a civilian, doing maintenance on Israeli vehicles"

That is news to me. Don't those who made the desert bloom (and Blum) have enough Asian maids and servants and mechanics to do the dirty work for them?

'He is a strong supporter of Israel. But then how many members of congress are not?

The question that begs to be asked is why are members of congress in favor of 6 million Jews on stolen Palestine, alienating 300,000,000 Arabs and over a billion Muslims worldwide? It looks insane just looking at the numbers that a people so few in number have managed to harness so much immense power. I doubt very much that Zogby would venture into that territory of explaining how the Thieves of Palestine managed to attain so much power worldwide since their outright theft of Palestine.

I am not going to address the rest of his nonsense in this article except to say that it reeks of arrogance on his part to assume that he and his Zionist handlers are all correct and the world is wrong! I have said this before, if an Arab is friendly towards the Predators of Palestine and their aiding and abetting cousins spread around the world, success is guaranteed for that Arab! There is no way in hell that Zogby would have gotten to be as widely known as he is and has his well-known 'polling' service without the blessing of certain very powerful Jewish groups. There is a silent understanding between the Zogby-like Arabs and Jewish groups. If they wish to attain any prominence, they must inevitably betray their own people. It is either or!
